Poppu's Mail Room is a game made for young children (ages 2–5) and their families. We designed it to be safe and private by default, in line with COPPA and GDPR-K.
Nothing. The app does not collect, request, or store any personal information — no name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or device identifiers, and no advertising ID.
Your child's game progress (levels, stars, stickers, collected flowers, settings) is saved only on this device using local device storage. It never leaves the device and we never see it. Removing the app removes this data.
The game makes no network requests. There are no advertisements, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and no social or third-party components. Nothing about your child is transmitted, profiled, or shared.
The app is free. If a one-time optional "Unlock Full Post Town" purchase is offered in a store version, it is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play through their own secure, parent-authenticated purchase systems — we never receive or store any payment information. All purchases are placed behind a parent gate.
Because we collect no data at all, there is nothing to disclose, delete, or opt out of. There is no account, no login, and no way for a child to communicate with anyone or reach the open web from inside the game.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
